Great Barrington Home Sales Span $100,000 To $1.05 Million In Late-Summer Roundup
Thirteen properties changed hands in Great Barrington between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds records. Five of the 13 transfers disclosed a sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $1,050,000, with a median of $476,000. The period's top sale was 127 Monument Valley Road, which sold for $1,050,000 on Aug. 14. North Plain Road recorded the most activity of any street, with three separate transfers. Several other transactions were trust or estate transfers within the same family, and eight of the 13 recorded transfers did not disclose a price, limiting visibility into the broader market for the period.
