Great Barrington Home Sales Span $375,000 To $1.05 Million In Late Summer
Nine property transfers were recorded in Great Barrington between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, five with disclosed sale prices ranging from $375,000 to $1,050,000 and a median of $630,000. The top sale was 127 Monument Valley Road at $1,050,000, sold by Amy Gill and Leo Sblendorio to Alva Greenberg. North Plain Road accounted for three of the nine transfers, including one between two people sharing the same surname. Four of the nine deeds, nearly half, did not disclose a sale price, and several transactions involved estates, a housing rehabilitation program, or lender-related parties rather than conventional third-party buyers, based solely on what the deed records show.
