Great Barrington records 11 deed transfers in late July, top sale hits $901,500
Eleven property transfers were recorded in Great Barrington between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three disclosed a sale price. Among those three, prices ranged from $100,000 to $901,500, with a median of $200,000. The period's top recorded sale was 114 Brush Hill Rd. at $901,500, sold by Deborah C. Mars and Deborah C. Ryan, as trustees, to Carol Higgins Pillsbury. The remaining eight transfers, spread across separate streets with no geographic clustering, did not disclose a price. With most of the dataset lacking price data, the recorded transfers offer limited insight into overall market direction this period.
