Bus service returns to full weekday hours Oct. 26

The Town of Great Barrington announced Oct. 21 that South County Connector bus service will return to its regular weekday schedule, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, starting Oct. 26. Weekend service and the Pittsfield FLEX route are expected to resume in the coming weeks.

DPW to install new crossing signals on South Main Street

The Town of Great Barrington says its DPW Highway Division will install new pedestrian crossing signals on South Main Street on Oct. 20, adding MassDOT-provided flashing beacons and nighttime lighting.
