Great Barrington Deeds Show $100,000 to $750,000 Sales Range as Four Prices Await Recording
The Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Great Barrington property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, all dated Aug. 21. Eight carried a recorded price, ranging from $100,000 to $750,000, with a median of $175,000; four prices were not yet available in the registry's data. The top sale was 506 Stockbridge Road at $750,000, sold by Briarbear LLC. Division Street and Main Street each saw two transfers. A bank or credit union was listed as buyer in five of the eight priced sales, and one transfer involved family members sharing a surname.
